Hem participat a les “IX Jornadas de Gestión de la Información Informar y difundir: servicios documentales y comunicación” de la Asociación Española de Información y Documentación (SEDIC), que es va celebrar a la Biblioteca Nacional de Madrid els dies 22 i 23 de novembre de 2007. Les jornades s’han centrat en l’adaptació dels serveis documentals davant els canvis que s’estan produint en l’àmbit de la comunicació.
Michael Joe, autor del bloc Amigos tras las Rejas i José Luis, autor de Memorias Cautivas, Lola (bibliotecària del CP Joves) i Aida (dinamitzadora del Punt Òmnia CP Joves), a través d’una videoconferència, hem donat a conèixer el taller de blocs i el per què de l’existència de la biblioteca i el Punt Òmnia als centres penitenciaris. També, la nostra participació en la societat virtual des d’un medi tancat com és la presó i el que representa per nosaltres donar a conèixer al món els nostres pensaments, sentiments, opinions, interessos... amb els nostres escrits.
A la mateixa sessió, el dia 23, també van exposar la seva experiència el Director de la Biblioteca Nacional de l’Irak, Saad Eskander, i el Director de Comunicació de Mobuzz TV, Roger Casas-Alatriste.

Solo pueden alcanzar a entender lo que se siente en una cárcel aquellas personas que hayan pasado, en algún momento, por dicha situación, o aquellas, que posean una empatía que roza lo sobrenatural, si, yo lo creo así; respeto otras opiniones pero esta es mi visión. Si a la extrema situación de haber cometido un delito o tener cara de haberlo hecho..., se suma el rechazo social, el desprecio ignorante y el aislamiento provocado; lo que queda no parece la partida idonéa para la reeducación, rehabilitación, reinserción; esa gran mentira que forma parte de la mas extricta teória.Las personas humanas tienen muchas habilidades, que parten de su inteligencia, del ser racionales, pero en momentos todo puede confundirse, la vida nos deja, a veces entre la espada y la pared...todos/as somos bulnerables a cometer un error, a cambiar nuestra libertad, como castigo, de la misma sociedad que desprecia profundamente aquello que le da miedo, aquello que no entiende, porque nadie explica, porque en definitiva, existen cuestiones que en esta farsa del bienestar preferimos evitar. Evitar pensar, evitar educar.El proceso ha de ser reciproco, una persona que se rehabilita de cualquiera que sea su problema, y una sociedad que le acoje. No una sociedad que solo sabe de la cárcel lo que sale por la tele; y no es que la tele sea un fuente muy fidedigna de información. Esta idea de los blogs, que representa una forma de exteriorizar un trozo de mundo invisible. Esa capacidad que nos honrra de ser capaces de cambiar, de generar POSIBILIDADES. Adelante!!!!.
